Guardian is a subscription-based service offering automated Discord server management and advanced ID tracking. Our Service includes features such as automated channel and role setup, user activity monitoring, and other tools designed to streamline your Discord community management.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

  • Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable, except as provided under our Cancellation Policy or as required by law.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

4. User Obligations

  • You must use Guardian only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Service Modifications and Termination

  • Modifications: We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms, without liability.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: Guardian is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • Limitation: Guardian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Guardian and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
